Description
VITRIA is in a family of medications chemically known as phosphodiesterase inhibitors. These drugs enhance the effects of nitric oxide, a chemical messenger that relaxes smooth muscles in the penis. Active Ingredient
The active pharmaceutical ingredient in VITRIA is a selective inhibitor of cyclic guanosine monophospate (cGMP)-specific phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) called sidenafil.
